Calling all tall ship artists...

The Challenge: Show us your best underway creations. Paintings, photographs, carvings, logbook doodles, etc...

The Prize: We'll publish it, send you a copy of our magazine, and probably throw you a t-shirt (we're a start-up, what do you expect?)

How to Enter: Submit your creation (highest resolution) via Email along with a brief description of the piece. Easy breezy. 

Tall Ship Must-Haves

The Challenge: impress us with your tall ship must-haves!! I know people who sail with special spoons, folks who won't untie the lines without their lucky croakie, kids who crawl into their bunks with a rock...ok, maybe the last one is me (we all have our quirks). Share yours with us for a chance to win!!

The Prize: Our Christa Weiss original T-shirt was such a hit, that we're giving it another go!!

How to Enter: Submit a picture of yourself, tell us your current vessel and position and provide the following:

1. a picture and description of the item you won't sail without.
2. a picture and description of the item that keeps you smiling on the gloomiest of days.
3. a picture and description of the item that you bring for good luck.
4. a picture and description of your must-have product.
5. a picture and description of the one thing that you sail with that you're embarrassed to admit to.

Contest Closed: The 50 Word Challenge...

The Challenge: on a 7.7 x 7.5 inch page, answer the question "What is sail training?" using no more than 50 words. Pictures, drawings, diagrams may all be used, but please ensure that all artwork is original. Imagine you are answering this question for someone about to sign a check that will cover your operating costs for a year. Yeah, so that means "sail training is life" is out!! Be creative and original...visually stunning is a plus.

The Prize: a TALL SHIP SEXY t-shirt with Christa Weiss original artwork!! 

How to Enter: Entries may be created digitally or non-digitally, but will need to be submitted online. This means that if you get crafty off of your computer, you'll have to a) take a picture of your work or b) scan your work. Please submit images at a resolution no less than 300 dpi.
